Foundation

The Foundation programme provides you with the qualifications you will need for entrance to degree programmes at university. Langside College has a well deserved reputation for successfully preparing students for entry to university. In the UK, entrance to university can be achieved through gaining Advanced Higher and Higher qualifications. Langside College provides students with the widest choice of these qualifications in the West of Scotland.

Glasgow has three universities; the University of Glasgow, University of Strathclyde and Glasgow Caledonian University, all though you may also apply to other universities through out Scotland and the rest of the UK. You will have an individual programme made up of a selection of four subjects, chosen to suit your desired university programme. In addition you will be offered visits to universities within the Glasgow are to tour the university, visit relevant academic departments and meet the International Advisors.
