Business / Training

Langside College understands it is vital for an organisation to remain competitive if they are to be successful in an ever changing market place. To achieve this, every business must develop and motivate their greatest investment - their staff. Last year Langside College helped 111 employers do just that by delivering training that met the needs of those employers and their staff.

The Business Development Unit allows Langside College to meet the educational and training needs of businesses both at home and internationally. We have been successful in developing partnerships with a wide range of organisations including; large and small local companies within the public and private sectors, Dalian University in China, Jawabi Oil in Saudi Arabia, Local Authorities, Health Boards, Trade Unions, Community and Voluntary organisations.

By listening to our customers and understanding their needs, we are able to deliver a bespoke programme of training. This is aided by our flexible approach to delivery. Time, place, course content and mode of delivery are all discussed with our customers to ensure that the training received meets both individual and business needs.

We can consult with you and offer innovative training solutions to the most specific of problems and keep within your budget requirements. This may include advice on possible sources of funding and legislative requirements.
