Step 1: Application
Applications can be made either on-line or posted to Student Services. A postal application form can be downloaded from our site and can also be found in the back of The Guide and as a separate form available at Student Services.
Guidelines to complete Application Form:
- Please complete postal application form in black ink
- Courses applied for: Please enter carefully the FULL COURSE TITLE(s) as it appears in The Guide e.g. HND Business Administration rather than simply Business Studies. Please make sure you are aware of the entry requirements for your choice of course(s). If in doubt, contact Student Services.
- Qualifications Achieved: Please make sure that all your qualifications (including grades) are entered into the appropriate section of the form. Please note that many of the courses at Langside College require NO Entry Qualifications. Indeed, many courses are specifically designed for those with no formal qualifications.
- Other Relevant Information: Please give any further information to support your application (e.g. reasons for your course choice, details of the career you intend to follow, relevant experience). This section is particularly relevant to a) mature students (age 21+) who may lack the relevant formal entry qualifications and b) those whose qualifications differ from minimum entry requirements. Please add extra information, if you require, on a separate attached sheet.
- Please sign and date your application form accordingly.
- Please return completed application form to:
Student Services, Langside College, 50 Prospecthill Road, Glasgow G42 9LB
If at any time during your application and/or enrolment, you have any questions or require any form of assistance, please contact Student Services on 0141 636 6066 or 0141 272 3636, or email: enquireuk@langside.ac.uk
